Surrendering a pet is never an easy decision. Before you go any further, I want to acknowledge the fact that your pet has put all of it's trust, love and friendship into bonding with you and you have become the leader of their pack, surrendering them will undoubtably cause stress and pain for them. I do understand that times can be difficult and it is very tough to make the decision to surrender a pet and in certain cases surrender will be the best option for the pet. However, I want you to please consider other alternatives if possible.

If you are wanting to surrender your pet due to behavioral issues, please call Team Canine Behavioralists @ 602-954-8353, if you are wanting to surrender your pet due to moving into an apartment that does not allow pets, please visit http://www.homewithpets.com/petresidence.shtml. If there is another reason for you needing to surrender your pet and you feel you have exhausted all your options, please fill out the surrender form below and it will be forwarded to me.
Please be patient and allow at least 36-48hrs for me to receive and respond to the form. If I am unable to accept your pet into my rescue at the time and you are able to keep the pet in your home and are willing to have the pet spayed or neutered, you will be more than welcome to place their picture and information on my adoptions page to help find them a new home. You can receive low cost spaying or neutering for your pet by calling the Spay/Neuter Hotline @ 602-265-SPAY.

At this time, Raylin Rescue is only accepting dogs/puppies. If you have another type of pet you need to rehome, feel free to email or call me and I can get you information on other rescues that accept those types of pets. Click on the surrender form link below to be taken to the form, fill it out and it will be submitted to me.
